Dr. Tacvorian has been a dedicated physician in Las Vegas for over a decade, specializing in the care of adult and geriatric patients. She is committed to treating each patient with compassion and adheres to the highest standards of medical care. As a native of Las Vegas, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Following this, she earned her degree in osteopathic medicine from the Touro School of Medicine.

After her medical education, Dr. Tacvorian completed her residency in internal medicine in Las Vegas. She spent many years practicing in a hospital setting before transitioning to outpatient care, focusing on individualized patient treatment. Throughout her career, she has continuously maintained her Board certification in internal medicine. Dr. Tacvorian is dedicated to fostering good health in her patients through a collaborative approach that emphasizes personalized medical care, involving a team effort between the patient and their physician.

Dr. Fazlinejad is a board-certified internal medicine physician who takes pride in contributing to the expanding medical community of Las Vegas. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, and pursued his medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Fazlinejad embarked on an Internal Medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where he spent three years. His decision to move to Las Vegas was influenced by a desire to be closer to his family.

In his leisure time, Dr. Fazlinejad is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities such as hiking, skiing, and playing sports like volleyball and soccer. He has a particular fondness for exploring Red Rock National Conservation Area and relishes spending time around a campfire with his family.

Aware of the long-standing physician shortage in Las Vegas, Dr. Fazlinejad is committed to serving this growing community. He believes that his approachable bedside manner and genuine compassion can significantly impact his patients’ lives.
