Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy for Appointments

We are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a timely manner. To achieve this, we have established a policy for cancelling appointments. This helps us optimize appointment availability for patients requiring medical care.

Doctor Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or essential work and family commitments, can lead to missed appointments. However, not cancelling an appointment can prevent other patients from accessing necessary medical care.
Similarly, when other patients do not cancel, it may seem that our schedule is fully booked, preventing us from offering you a timely appointment.

Patients who miss their scheduled appointment without notifying our office at least 48 hours in advance will incur a no-show fee of $30. We understand that emergencies can occur where prior notice is not possible. In such cases, Limitless Medical Group may consider waiving this fee as a one-time exception, at our discretion.

Appointment Cancellation Procedure

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Since appointments are highly sought after, cancelling early allows someone else to receive timely medical care.

To cancel, please call our office at 702-358-0440 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and speak to our scheduling coordinator.

Appointment Scheduling Policy

We recognize that delays can occur, but we also strive to maintain a timely schedule for all our patients and doctors. If you find yourself running late, please inform our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule you for the same day if possible.

Please note that if a patient arrives more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule the appointment and you will be charged a no-show fee.  It’s important to be aware that no-show fees are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the patient.
